✦ Space Logistics — From Intake to Orbit
We handle
the complexity.
You fly the mission.

Getting a CubeSat to orbit means navigating a regulatory process most teams were never trained for — licensing, compliance documentation, export controls, launch coordination, and physical logistics, all before your payload leaves the ground. Sidereal Logistics owns that burden for you, so your team stays focused on the science.

Why Sidereal
Regulatory depth as a core service — FAA, FCC, NOAA, and export control managed in parallel, not referred out
One coordinator, full stack — aggregator, insurance, legal, transport, and ground stations coordinated through a single point of contact
Built for research timelines — grant cycles, academic calendars, and NSF reporting requirements understood from day one
Mission Portal — Real-time phase tracking, regulatory status by agency, and document management. Clients see their mission, not just an email update.
Founding Client Program

Sidereal is selectively onboarding its first university partners. Founding clients receive direct founder access, preferred engagement rates, and dedicated mission support from intake through launch. In exchange, we ask for candid feedback that shapes how we build — for university research programs specifically. If your next mission is 12–24 months out, this is the right conversation to have now.

Service 01
Regulatory Navigation

FCC Part 25 licensing, NOAA remote sensing permits, FAA payload documentation, and export control (ITAR/EAR) compliance — fully managed in parallel. We track deadlines, prepare filings, and coordinate with counsel so your team never needs to become compliance experts.

Service 02
Launch Coordination

Rideshare manifest management, aggregator liaison, payload interface documentation, and manifest close oversight. We identify the right launch window for your orbit, timeline, and budget — then manage the aggregator relationship end-to-end.

Service 03
Payload Integration

ICD preparation, vibration and thermal requirements review, launch provider qualification support, and physical payload handling coordination. We ensure your hardware is technically ready and properly documented before it reaches the integration facility.

Service 04
Post-Launch Support

72-hour early orbit monitoring, TLE acquisition, ground station coordination, and anomaly triage support. Ongoing regulatory reporting, conjunction monitoring, and end-of-life planning available on monthly retainer. We stay active until the mission is complete.
